Using the service

You may use these services to inquire about availability, review studio information, receive or accept quotes, complete booking steps, sign agreements, submit payments, answer questionnaires, and access materials connected with your own event or project.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service lawfully. You may not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, automate abusive requests against, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the service.

Private links and account access

Client-portal, quote, booking, payment, and signing links may provide access to private project information. Keep those links confidential and notify The Wedding Click if one is lost, forwarded unintentionally, or appears to have been misused.

Availability, quotes, and bookings

An availability request is not a reservation. A quote is not a booking unless the required agreement is signed and the required payment or other stated booking milestone is completed. Pricing, scope, deadlines, cancellation terms, and deliverables are governed by the final agreement for the project.

Payments and outside services

Payments are processed by the identified payment provider and may also be subject to that provider's terms. Galleries, documents, email, calendar features, and social-media features may rely on other service providers. The Wedding Click is not responsible for an outside provider's independent outage or policy change, but will use reasonable efforts to keep its own records accurate and service available.

Content and ownership

The Wedding Click's site design, text, branding, photographs, films, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Client rights in photographs, films, documents, and other deliverables are determined by the applicable signed agreement.

Service availability

We may maintain, secure, update, or temporarily limit the service when reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but we use reasonable care to preserve project, financial, communication, and audit records.
